This is all around amazing, I love the detail in the ceiling treatment and the banquette, both obvious but subtle because of their color. The attention to the details make this a great space.

working towards the dream...
I love all of the intricate details of Paris, I love that she stays there being beautiful just waiting for us to visit once again. I have missed her this year! We are planning a trip for Spring and I cannot wait to see how little she has changed!

Another beautiful interior from Susan Ferrier
Bold choices make this interior truly beautiful. Susan Ferrier never fails to impress. The details are lush against a simple backdrop and I think it makes for some of the most elegant but livable rooms. I simply love the lights over the island in that kitchen. Note the bold splashes of that beautiful blue too!

I am a sucker for design books, they are stacked around my office and home here and there just waiting for a free moment to be opened and explored. This book is a fabulous resource of inspiration images and information from Segreto on their work. It offers a view into some of the most beautiful homes I have seen and information on how these looks were achieved. With over 300 pages of interior photos and details it is a great piece to add to the design library and the cocktail table alike.

Day Dreaming...
I am day dreaming of a sweet little apartment in the heart of Paris just like this one. Instead of being here enjoying baguettes, cheese and wine, we are taking pictures for our upcoming One Kings Lane sale today. It is amazing how much work goes into a sale. Everyone at OKL is really great and a real joy to work with which is so nice to see in a growing company like theirs.
Wishing you a wonderful day filled with dreams like this little beauty.. I suppose we have to work hard to get to a place like this one, right?

this week I am loving..
It is funny there are some weeks when inspiration eludes me and then there are some where it is everywhere and I cannot keep it straight! I am absolutely loving everything here! I love vintage chairs and their time worn look, the lovely layers of grey from Atelier de Campagne, and Lauren at Pure Style Home's new textile line.
Do you ever find too much inspiration? I like to take mine and store it away for a day when I am feeling a little out of sorts and use it to get me back on track!
